I joined Core 3 after having a back spasm which left me in agony and prevented me from carrying out day-to-day tasks for weeks. Chris tailors the exercises and stretches he sets for me to really focus on the areas that have suffered from sitting at a desk all day and a generally sedentary lifestyle. His attention to detail on maintaining good form throughout an exercise makes me feel confident that I'm helping and not harming myself further. I leave each session feeling like I’ve learned more about my body.

Absolutely brilliant service Chris @ core 3 provides. The program is designed specifically for me which in my case was to improve posture and to enable me to improve my running times. Within a short space of time I have seen amazing improvements on both of these. Chris is a great guy and very personable and I highly recommend him!
